1. What PW Studio is
PW Studio is a Windows desktop editor for Perfect World server content, sold as a subscription with a free tier. These terms govern the website, your account, subscriptions and use of the app. PW Studio is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Perfect World Co., Ltd.
2. Your account
Every tier, including the free one, requires an account with a verified email address. Keep your credentials safe — you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers renew automatically every month (or year) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. If prices change, we notify you at least 30 days before your next renewal.
4. Refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. Use the free tier to make sure PW Studio fits your workflow before subscribing. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. License
Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to run PW Studio on a single machine. You may not redistribute or resell the app, share license keys, or bypass license checks. The free tier is for personal, non-commercial use only; we may change or limit it in the future — for example by turning it into a time-limited trial.
6. Your files
Everything you create or export with PW Studio is yours. We claim no rights over your game files, and files you exported keep working on your server even after you cancel — paid editors simply switch back to read-only viewers.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use PW Studio or this website to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or attack our services. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer and liability
PW Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
